We always try to dispatch from nearest location to the delivery address, so the customer does not have to pay duties and taxes.

Please contact us if unsure for specific country. If your delivery destination is in different economic area, you will be contacted by email, before dispatch, to confirm possible duties and taxes upon delivery.

We use external 3rd party globally trusted data sources as the basis of all our claims. The source is always specified in the disclaimers where the claim is made.

Pre-paid credit or gift cards from Visa or MasterCard.

Only one payment source can be used per order, and the entire amount of your purchase must be covered by a single card. In addition, the billing address you provide in the cart must match the address associated with your purchasing card.

We do not see or store any payment related sensitive data. Payment information security is ensured by Stripe®.

Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security.

Orders will typically arrive 3-5 business days after time of shipment, depending on the country. For more specific list please refer to delivery and returns.

If you’ve placed an order and would like to modify the items or shipping address, please contact us below. If the order has not shipped, we can modify the order to your liking. If the order has shipped, you will then need to follow the return/exchange process.
We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within fourteen (14) days of shipment and provided such products are returned in their original condition. To place a return, please contact us on the form below.
Zenius Labs products do not contain any added artificial colours or flavours, this information is shown on the label of all products.

All our ingredients come from quality suppliers and each raw material spec. is ensured to meet our needs. Only those ingredients that meet our strict quality requirements are used to manufacture finished products.

Our supplements are manufactured under strict quality control in GMP certified facilities.

We recommend referring to the label or to specific information on each individual product page on the Zenius Labs website for further guidance. Further to this, we recommend that you do not store in direct sunlight or heat.
